A year ago today, Msgr. Isabelo Abarquez was installed as the Bishop of Calbayog. We wish him all the best as he celebrates his 1st Anniversary. Ad multos años!

I decided to uploaded some pictures of Bishop Boy that I have in my files. These were taken at the Manila Cathedral during the wedding of Pheona and Nick last November 15, 2007.
