15th World Teachers' Day

DepEd Calbayog observed World Teachers' Day about two weeks ago. It was indeed a day to honr teacehrs in Calbayog. Mayor Reynaldo Uy took time to give a handwritten letter and a gift to his favorite teacher Mrs. Tersita Lucero.
