Let me give you another update on the work being done at the Sts. Peter and Paul Cathedral. The workers are now doing repair and painting jobs at the ceiling in the altar area.

The renovation / repairs are part of the preparations being done for the Centenary of the Diocese of Cabayog which will fall on April 10, 2010.

Here are some pictures I took today.

Bamboo scaffolding at the area where the retablo is.

The finished work at the right wing (pix above) and the left wing (pix below). The work consisted of the installation of new lights, and a fresh coat of paint on the ceiling and the walls.
