I checked my files and I found this picture of a billboard which was installed at the Sts. Peter and Paul Cathedral many months ago (yup months before they started doing the landscaping project. Don't look for it (the billboard) now, it was blown away when a typhoon hit the city a few months ago. Anyway, the billboard contained this announcement: In celebration of the

has been proclaimed as Pilgrimage Site
