The 61st Calbayog Charter Day Celebration officially opens today.The Opening Salvo is at 6:00 pm at grounds of the Calbayog City Sports Center.
There will be Fun Center, Agri Fair, Food Booths, Beer Plaza and Tiangge Kiosks in the area.
Streetbeat Party Mix will commence at 8:00 pm with an International DJ and the Strakats and Vostagz Bands.
