Mr. helmut Kutin, the President of SOS Children's Villages International (SOSCVI) will be in Calbayog City today.He will be on hand for the Mother's Statute Awarding Ceremony at SOS Children's Village Calbayog. Joining him in the ceremony are Mr. Siddharta Kaul (SOSCVI Deputy Secretary-General for Asia), Congressman Mel Sarmiento (BOT President of SOS Calbayog) and Mr. Bienvenido Delgado (National Director of SOS Children's Villages Philippines)
Mother Statute describes the responsibilities and establishes the rights and obligations of the SOS Children's Village Mother. Today's Mother Statute awardees are:
