the patria will rise again

"The Patria will rise again". Sometime in 2001, words to that effect were said by then Calbayog Bishop Jose Palma in their effort to raise funds for the construction of a new Disocesan Pastoral Center.

Last week, they have removed the scafolding and temporary walls (along Bugallon Street) that surrounded the construction area where one now sees the Centennial Pastoral Center.

I have taken pictures of the Bugallon side of the building which will cater to some commercial establishments.
