Ruel Lunas and Dimples Franco will get married today. The wedding mass will be presided over by Msgr. Francisco Cinco at the Sts. Peter and Paul Cathedral with Fr. Rey Palomas Fr. Noel Lavendia as concelebrants. Reception will be held at the Cardinal Rosales Hall of the Centennial Pastoral Center.
