Aika qualified to run for governor

Tacloban City - Rosa Jessica Uy - Delgado is no push over when it comes to qualifications.


Uy - Delgado who earlier announced her desire to seek the governorship of Samar in case the recall election will push through, has all the academic  credentials needed to lead a province whose full potential  has yet to be achieved.
