The Celebrity Hound with Agriculture Secretary Arthur Yap

As previously reported, Agriculture Secretary Arthur Yap was in Calbayog for the 60th Charter Day Anniversary. As usual, when a VIP comes to town the celebrity hound in me goes to work (read: pose for a picture). And this is it. And thanks to the Bolante issue, the Secretary's office has been dragged into the news, the more reason for me to treasure this picture (smile!)
