The SOCO Crime Laboratory in Calbayog City was formally inaugurated last Friday, April 20, 2012). The said laboratory is located on the 2nd floor of the Calbayog City Convention Center. Mayor Ronaldo Aquino was invited as the guest of honor during the said event. Here's my raw video of the City Mayor as he delivered his message.
